Membership dues are set and collected by the BMW Car Club of America.
Members are assigned to a geographic chapter based on their home’s zip code unless a different chapter is requested (which can be done at any time).
The Roadrunner Chapter asks that all members in our geographic area join the Roadrunner Chapter before adding other Chapters of interest, such as the M Chapter, or the E30 Chapter.
The BMW CCA rebates only a small portion of membership dues to local chapters – the balance is used for National operations, including its two magazines – the Roundel (currently 8 issues per year) and BimmerLife.
Initial memberships can be purchased online, but in order to purchase any membership other than the 1st Chapter it is necessary to call the BMW CCA at (864) 250-0022.
Renewal reminder cards are mailed several weeks before renewal dues become due. You can go to the BMW CCA website to pay. After you log in, just to the left of the logo at the top of the page is an ellipsis. Click on the ellipsis, and the first item in the drop down menu is ‘Renew Membership’. Otherwise, if you know the amount for your renewal, you can just mail a check with your membership number on it. Please call the BMW CCA at (864) 250-0022 if you need help.
Associate memberships are for family members who reside with the primary member and who therefore do not receive their own copy of BMW CCA print publications.
